Nostril Piercing
Subtle enough for the office, loud enough to make a statement, and it works on almost every face. It’s also one of the most commonly botched piercings out there.
We pierce in implant-grade titanium or implant-grade stainless steel. Treat it right and it heals in four to six months. Stud, hoop or something less expected, we’ll help you pick jewelry that suits both the healing and the look.
High Nostril Piercing
The high nostril sits above the curve of the nose, closer to the bone. Thicker tissue, tighter placement, less room for error. Done right, it’s one of the sharpest nose piercings there is, and stacked with a standard nostril on the same side, even better.
East Austin regulars ask for these constantly. They’re usually tattooed and already deep into a collection, and they want something that makes people look twice.
If the placement won’t sit right on your face, we’ll tell you. That’s the job. Plan on 6 to 9 months to heal.
Septum Piercing
The septum went mainstream and kept its edge. Bartenders on Rainey Street wear one. So do engineers at the Domain who flip theirs up before a 9am standup.
What most people don’t know is that a septum should go through the “sweet spot,” a thin strip of soft tissue just inside the tip of your nose, not the cartilage. Through cartilage, it hurts more and fights you for months. Through the sweet spot, it heals in 2 to 3 months with minimal drama.
Some piercers guess where that spot is. We find it.
Pick from clickers, circular barbells, horseshoes and seamless rings in titanium and steel. It stings, your eyes water, and then you’re in the mirror wondering why you waited.
Bridge Piercing
Right across the top of the nose, between the eyes. Not many people have one, and there’s a reason.
A bridge is a surface piercing. It goes through skin, not cartilage, so it can migrate or reject if the placement or jewelry is off. Any piercer who doesn’t tell you that up front is doing you dirty.
We look at your anatomy before we agree to anything. If you’re a good candidate, we pierce with an implant-grade titanium curved barbell to keep pressure off the tissue. If you’re not, we’ll explain why.

We’re centrally located and open seven days a week. Walk-ins welcome when there’s room. Book ahead for bridge and high nostril piercings. They take time, and we won’t rush them.
What to Expect
Will it hurt? A bit. A septum makes most people’s eyes water. A bridge feels like pressure. A nostril is over in seconds. You’ll handle it.
Before: eat a real meal, drink water and get some sleep. Skip alcohol for 24 hours, and show up with a clean face and no heavy product around your nose.
After: we’ll set you up with a saline rinse routine and tell you what’s normal. Some swelling and a little crust are fine. If you see spreading redness or unusual discharge, come back in. If you run a fever, see a doctor. And you can text us with questions. We reply.
