Nostril Piercing

High Nostril Piercing

The high nostril sits above the natural curve of the nose, closer to the nasal bone. Thicker tissue, tighter placement, more room for error. Septum Piercing

The septum piercing has gone from subculture staple to mainstream, and it hasn't lost any of its edge. From bartenders on Rainey Street to engineers at the Domain who flip their ring up before a 9am standup, Austin wears it well.

Here's the thing most people don't know: a septum piercing should go through the "sweet spot": a thin strip of soft tissue just inside the tip of the nose, not through the cartilage.

Through the cartilage means slow healing, more pain, and a piercing that fights you the whole way. Through the sweet spot means 2 to 3 months, minimal drama, and a result that looks exactly how you imagined it.

Bridge Piercing

A bridge piercing across the nose, right between the eyes — it's a statement. Not a lot of people have one. There's a reason for that.

Bridge piercings are surface piercings. They go through the skin on the bridge, not through cartilage, which means they're more likely to migrate or reject if the placement or jewelry is off. That's not a scare tactic. That's just anatomy. Any piercer who doesn't lead with that information is doing you dirty.

We look at your nose anatomy before we agree to do anything. If it's a good candidate for a bridge piercing, we'll tell you. If it's not, we'll tell you that too, and explain why.

When we do proceed, we use implant-grade titanium curved barbells. They reduce tissue pressure and give you the best odds of a piercing that actually lasts.

What to Expect Before, During, and After

Will it hurt? Yeah, a bit. Septum piercings make most people's eyes water. Bridge piercings feel like pressure. Nostril piercings are quick. It's a few seconds. You'll handle it.

Before you come in: eat something real, drink water, sleep the night before. Skip alcohol for 24 hours beforehand. Show up clean-faced and skip the heavy product around your nose.

After: we'll walk you through a proper saline rinse routine, tell you what's normal (some swelling, a little crustiness is fine), and what actually needs attention (spreading redness, fever, unusual discharge, come back in). You can text us after. We reply.

We don't ghost clients once they walk out the door. That's not how we work.
